FIX-to-gRPC demo — quick guide

The article's code reflects the inspected local implementation; source snapshots
are linked beside each example. The remote repository may not yet contain it all.
Java 17, Gradle wrapper 8.14.3; initial dependency/toolchain downloads need network.

Build from the repository root:
./gradlew clean build --no-daemon --max-workers=2

Start in three terminals, from the repository root, in this order:
1. ./gradlew :order-management-service:bootRun --no-daemon
2. ./gradlew :fix-gateway:bootRun --no-daemon
3. ./gradlew :fix-client-simulator:run --no-daemon --console=plain

Wait for OMS on 127.0.0.1:9090, FIX Gateway on 127.0.0.1:9876,
and successful FIX Logon before entering:
send BUY THYAO 100 250.50
send SELL UNKNOWN 1 10.00

Expected: NEW acceptance for the first; REJECTED / UNKNOWN_SYMBOL for the second.
OrderID and ExecID are generated. No fills occur. Enter exit in the simulator,
then stop Gateway and OMS. A local send does not prove remote consumption.

Run existing tests:
./gradlew :fix-client-simulator:test :fix-gateway:test :order-management-service:test --no-daemon --max-workers=2

This article adaptation did not rerun these commands. Historical Phase 7 execution
and reused XML evidence are described in verification-notes.txt.
